Former member of the rock band Mad Hatter, Billy Shear is a musician, artist, and award-winning author based in South Florida. Throughout his diverse creative career, Billy has worked in television, film, and live stage performance. His experience includes work associated with Blue Period Productions and productions such as Miami Vice, B.L. Stryker, Big Trouble, and Miami Blues, as well as stage work at South Florida’s Carefree Theatre. Drawing on decades of experience across music, entertainment, writing, and the arts, Billy continues to pursue creative projects as a musician, performer, author, and artist.
